ADESA Corp. consolidates Florida auctions
INDIANAPOLIS - ADESA Corp. merged its auto auction house in Clearwater, Fla., with its Tampa, Fla., auction. The consolidated site is named ADESA Tampa.
Doug Shore, vice president of operations at ADESA Corp., says the Tampa site is larger than the one in Clearwater. It offers customer services such as collision repair and postsale inspections, which were not available in Clearwater.
ADESA Corp., which operates 53 wholesale auto auctions, is a wholly owned subsidiary of ALLETE Inc., of Duluth, Minn.
